I am responsible for acts under this renta agreement, including but not limited to carelessness, ignorance, negligence, willful & wanton conduct, gross negligence & strict liability offenses both in tort & criminal actions

I authorize High Country Adventure Rentals to charge my credit card for all charges arising under this rental agreement.
I agree that if I cancel the reservation less than 30 days prior to the start date, the total rental payment will be nonrefundable. If High Country Adventure Rentals cancels the reservation for any reason, all my payments made towards the rental will be refunded within 7 business days. The security deposit is refundable, except for deductions prescribed for in the included terms & conditons of rental, within 7 business days after return.
